CAN I STILL KEEP MY COMPASS MEDICAL PHYSICIAN EVEN THOUGH MY HEALTHCARE BENEFITS HAVE CHANGED?
Compass Medical accepts a wide range of insurance plans (listed above). It is very likely you can stay with your preferred Compass Medical Provider, however, call your Doctor’s office as soon as your benefits change to ensure your new health plan is accepted and to submit your new information.
CAN I CHANGE LOCATIONS OR PHYSICIANS IF NECESSARY?
Of course. Compass Medical has over 100 Providers in multiple locations across the South Shore region and continues to expand today for further patient convenience. Because all Compass Medical offices operate on the same electronic medical record system, your transition will be smooth and hassle-free.
HOW CAN I SEE A SPECIALIST?
Compass Medical offers an extensive array of services (for a full list, click here). Some health plans allow patients the ability to self-refer for certain specialty services, such as mammograms, without an authorization from your doctor. Contact your health plan provider to see what services you can receive without a referral or call your Physician’s office for further information.
