CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE?

Yes, you can make a payment online through your Patient Portal account. We are working hard for additional online bill pay options for patients not enrolled in the portal. More information to come soon. If you do not have a Patient Portal account, you can sign up in person in the office at any time.

CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE IF I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE A PATIENT PORTAL ACCOUNT?

No, not at this time.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT ON THE PORTAL FOR ONLINE BILL PAY?

For online payments we accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover.

IF I HAVE A QUESTION CONCERNING MY BILLING STATEMENT WHO DO I CONTACT?

For billing related questions, please contact our Compass Medical Billing Department at 508-350-2450.

WHAT DATE OF SERVICE DOES MY ONLINE PAYMENT GET APPLIED TO?

Your online payment will be applied to your oldest date of service balance.

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY ONLINE PAYMENT?

Your receipt can be found on the Portal in the Messages section.

IF I SUBMITTED A PAYMENT ONLINE BUT WISH TO DISPUTE THE BILL, WHO DO I CONTACT?
