We make it easy to become a new patient at Compass Medical. Follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Choose a location.
Compass Medical has many locations on the south shore and surrounding communities - choose the location that is most convenient for you. For a list of our practice locations, click here.
Step 2: Choose a primary care physician (PCP) or specialist.
All Compass Medical locations have primary care physicians welcoming new patients. For a complete list of our internal and family medicine providers, click here. Please click on each physician's name to learn more about their medical education, board certifications, clinical interests and more. You can also search for a specialist by clicking here. If you prefer, you can also call the practice site/department directly with any questions or additional information needs.
Step 3: Schedule your first appointment. Now that you have a practice location and physician in mind, please call your preferred office and schedule your first appointment. Please remember to bring your New Patient paperwork with you to your first appointment. You may also be asked to sign additional paperwork upon arrival, including our patient privacy notice.
Step 3: Print and Fill Out Registration and Medical Forms.
